Am 10.6. dann ein Anruf aus M\u00fcnchen vom <strong>Beschwerdemanagement<\/strong>, eine wirklich sehr <strong>freundliche Dame<\/strong> erkl\u00e4rt, dass sie aufgrund meines Schreibens an die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung anruft und O2 den <strong>Betrag nicht stornieren kann<\/strong>, da der Drittanbieter bereits sein Geld habe und man das nicht zur\u00fcckholen k\u00f6nne. Naja. Sie schl\u00e4gt vor, dass ich mich mit MoCoPay in Verbindung setzte. Das kommt f\u00fcr mich \u00fcberhaupt nicht in Frage, da ich nur mit O2 ein Vertragsverh\u00e4ltnis habe. O2 soll den Betrag aus Kulanz stornieren und die Zusammenarbeit mit der <strong>dreisten Abzockfirma MoCoPay<\/strong> einstellen. Das kann sie nat\u00fcrlich nicht, blabla, hin und her, sie ist gut geschult und bleibt immer sehr freundlich. Als L\u00f6sung bietet sie dann nach einigen Diskussionen an, die <strong>Grundgeb\u00fchr f\u00fcr drei Monate auszusetzen<\/strong>. Damit w\u00e4ren der Verlust durch die ungewollten 11111-Anrufe bis auf ein paar EURO ausgeglichen. Ich nehme das an. Dieser Vorschlag ist sicherlich Teil der geplanten Gespr\u00e4chsf\u00fchrung, wenn der Kunde keine Ruhe gibt. Vielleicht h\u00e4tte ich noch mehr rausholen k\u00f6nnen, aber das ist nicht mein Stil und die L\u00f6sung ist okay f\u00fcr mich.\u00a0Best\u00e4tigung der Einigung per Email kam umgehend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazit\/Learnings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Was war schlecht:<\/strong> Dass <strong>O2 mit MoCoPay<\/strong> zusammenarbeitet und hier Geld verdient ist <strong>wirklich nur doof<\/strong> und sollte eingestellt werden. <strong>Wer wei\u00df, welche Fallen es noch gibt<\/strong>, in die Millionen von Kunden (sie sprach von 78 Millionen ??) hineintappen k\u00f6nnen. Die meisten werden wohl ihre Rechnungen nur oberfl\u00e4chlich kontrollieren und diese und \u00e4hnliche Abzocke einfach bezahlen. Wenn <strong>O2 sich hier vor Telekom und Vodafone positionieren will<\/strong>, sollten Sie es seri\u00f6s tun, ansonsten wird der Kauf von e-plus sich nicht als profitabel erweisen und es geht mit Recht abw\u00e4rts. Was bl\u00f6d w\u00e4re, denn dann machen die beiden anderen, was sie wollen und das ist zur Zeit schon Mist.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Was war gut:\u00a0<\/strong>Der<strong> Kundenservice<\/strong> ist wirklich gut. Bis auf die Ansprechpartner an der <strong>Hotline<\/strong>, die mich (erstmals) haben <strong>auflaufen lassen<\/strong>, wurde eine <strong>kulante und akzeptable<\/strong> L\u00f6sung gefunden. Die Frau am Telefon hatte sicherlich einen <strong>vorgegebenen Leitfaden<\/strong>, aber das <strong>Gespr\u00e4ch war sehr freundlich<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Learnings:\u00a0Niemals aufgeben,<\/strong> wenn man auf dem normalen Weg abgeblockt wird. Wer sich ungerecht behandelt f\u00fchlt muss sein <strong>Problem eskalieren,<\/strong> immer weiter, bis an die <strong>Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung<\/strong>, egal wie viele Titel die dort oben haben. Wenn nichts passiert, solange auf allen Kan\u00e4len, die sich bieten, Email SMS, Fax, Brief etc. <strong>nerven, nerven, nerven<\/strong>.
